Mocking Blow/Taunt

I did a quick check but didn't find anything that might do this in one button press.
Since stance changes don't activate the global cooldown I wanted to be able to push one button and switch stances and use Mocking Blow or Taunt (one macro for each one). Right now I am doing:
/cast Defensive Stance
/cast Taunt
This will switch to defensive stance unless I am already in it in which case it will cast taunt. I can just click it twice which isn't bad at all I was just looking for a one click button.

I.. thought that would do it in one run, because stance changes are now handled client-side as I understand.
edit: so basically I'm nonplussed and will have to look into it some time.

One click, one action. That's the best you can do while staying within Blizzard's rules.

That's the general rule, but what constitutes an "action" is fairly vague. For example, we all know of macros that use several trinkets and instant, non-GCD abilities, and then cast a spell, all in one run of the script.

Exactly why I thought this was possible. 2 clicks aren't bad, and it is better then having to push two hotbuttons to get switch from D Stance to Battle Stance just for that last ditch effort to save the squishy.

Nope, I am standing still fighting one thing and it switches stance then next click it uses the ability. Anyway it works fine now that I am used to it, it allowed me to take MB off my Battle Stance page and put it on my "every" stance page so that I remember I have it even in defensive stance, same with taunt for those times when I am DPSing and totally forget I have a taunt available.

There are some things that will work in sequence without button spam and some things that won't.
