Yes, he's more just about letting Rephyx wear herself out; he's not actually out to kill her, since she's giving off such strong emotions...in all honesty, I coin tossed it =P; really could have been either Zeke or Rephyx the Unversed showed up to annoy/get a free meal from.

Rephyx is a replica though, not a complete Nobody and echoes or not, she's giving off some serious rage at the moment; but he said that in regards to Xalgon, that's what he meant by no fun.

Hey Funden, did Alu pass this along? Since Seeker and by extension, Adams hasn't broken the rules: They said he could make up to 1000 Unversed(which he hasn't done yet) and Seeker and Xadmas haven't gone after anyone since Desolace/Feralas to kill things for creating new Heartless/Nobodies.

You're missing the point. Archy didn't know about these agreements, and right now he's acting as the Proxy, so, to him, they broke the rules. When Ald gets back, Rane can send someone to tell them sorry and punish Archy or whatever.
