Finished my costume. It consists of bands, a cape, a vest, money, a cowl, a chain, and an amulet.

Atik, Seeker's hand is inside of Rephyx's body; if It get's hit by the Balefire, it would more then likely take away Rephyx from existence(again) as well.
Edit: In other words, It's more then willing to call the bluff.

It isn't a bluff...
It can use Rephyx's body as a conduit, and manifest the balefire on the outside of her.

Which is fine...but as the Seeker currently has a body part inside of Rephyx, you'd think the Balefire would count her as a part of It, meaning they'd both get erased....of course, if Seeker does get Balefired, both Ira and Rephyx would go pop too, since without it to influence Xadmas, the Nobody would have never recreated the two.

What about the other part; the fact that Seeker is making Rephyx a part of Itself? Wouldn't that destroy Rephyx and the Link as well?

Not so much the link....
And it has already shown to be able to anti-balefire Rephyx and Ira, like it does Nagol.
(The thing here is that this is supposed to be leading up to Amy deleating balefire, an idea Hyper came up with.)
