I just got an image of Hyper sitting on a turtle with a computer....
It was a very funny image, I laughed....

It would phase anyways if It saw the Creep, since the Seeker doesn't enjoy physical conflicts. And It's a part of the Seeker; It nearly died once and It won't let itself get put back into a position like that.
