So, I thought of something earlier.
Subvonsciously, Logan's fear of Al/Hyper might be fueled by another 'bond' I was reminded of.

Glad I'm not the only one that thought so....
It mostly came to me from Hyper being able to shut off the bond, and Al immediately went looking for her.
Which is what Snowmane did when Phillip shut theirs off... albeit, less psycho-y.
