We used to have this lovely public garden on my way from home to the subway (not the fast food, the underground/tube/metro/whatever you call it) with many old trees, flowers and a lot of grass clean and soft enough to just sit there and chill out whenever you feel like it.
And what do I see today? They wall off it entirely and begin to ax down the trees to build...
A church. For fuсk's sake, a church. It's not like we have another one in less than fifteen minutes of walking.

Adams, while I leave it up to you if the Seeker can sense the freshly converted trolls, I have to say that they are not Heartless per se.
See, Arihilus' Heartless followers all have horns, black skin and yellow eyes. The trolls that drink the sapta with Arihilus' blood remain alive and emotional, they just undergo a priority change that makes them see the Qun as reasonable and in fact an appropriate way to behave. The eyes are just a side-effect.
