I think the background on the image to the left may be an issue, as well as the yellow curtain; the man's clothing blends into it a little bit. Could try changing the colour of the swordwoman's cloak and maybe her weapon as well; either darken it up, or at least change the hilt a little bit. Top right picture looks alright though; can't really think of anything that needs to be changed there.

You all get a SPECIAL SNEAK PREVIEW
of the final piece that nobody else gets to see.
Why? Because something's bothering me about some of the colors and I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions, that's why! All of the colors are on different layers so I can change them with ease.
Oh, I feel the love.
That said, it seems like the colors on the left are... awkward. All I can think of is a beehive, lol.
Perhaps a little brown or orange? Or lighten parts of the dress to more of a grey?
The rest is fantastic. And I'm telling you, beehive or not, that dress is fantastic looking, lol.
I can't change the colors. I think I phrased that wrong, but I can't change the actually colors, only the tones and where they're placed. Why? Because that's the colors of the characters I'm parodying, and I feel that they need to be dressed like that.

Yeah, I think I'll change the drape color, it's sort of bothering me. It'll probably end up just being white...
I'll darken the blade, but the cloak is staying the color it is. Like I said, can't change the colors, only how dark/light they are or the saturation. Dx

Ah, well try some of that, and see if works then; it's still a good piece of work though Hyper, I like it.

I see. Well, other than the colors it looks great. But if the characters your copying have funny colors, not much you can do, huh? lol

It makes more sense considering the characters have clothing palletes tailored to their hair. Like the Princess/Servant are twins with yellow hair. :P

Thanks :)
I have to put it on hold for a bit, there's a contest going on that I have to rush to finish or I won't complete it before my mini-vacation in a couple of days.

Indeed.
I'm sure it will look better with shading. I would lighten the black though... moreso a grey, if you want to...
About my only suggestion.

When I say the Seeker's voice echo's in the mind, that's just because it doesn't have an actual voice to speak with so it's more or less telepathic in that regards.

Finally finished Spesh Marine sp campaign. Quite nice all and all, some minor problems here and there. Pretty clear leadout to SM2

I agree - it's pretty obvious that we'll have a sequel. Me, I'm hoping for DLC with Eldar or something first.

But how to fit it into the story? The most obvious one would be attack in transit but would the eldar be so stupid that they would attack an Inquisitorial cruiser or battle ship?
Now I'm also thinking of getting DoW2 complete pack... Alas, all the money that would be spent if I could...

I don't know if you've read
Nightbringer
by Graham McNeill (if you had, you might not have asked that question lol), but the Eldar have been known to manipulate humans on various occasions - I don't think it would be impossible, nor stupid, for the Eldar to attack. Of course, that is only if they manage to subvert one of the ship's crew. If not, well - they'd be obliterated.

haven't read the book but what I mainly meant was a full frontal assault against the ship. Via subtelty, why not

Holy crap...
My guild finally convinced me to run Coren for the first time this year. And the Kodo dropped.
Go me?

Sure, a full frontal assault would be suicide. The Eldar are generally more fragile than the Terrans, and their vessels follow the same principe. They excel in subtlety, however, and both the Black Library and Games Workshop knows this - if they were to implement DLC with Eldar, that's how it'd go down. I think
^^
