Also, as a bit of a heads up, I've done some thinking.
Sice being created, Nagol has had a lot more spare time than the other nobodies. He has literallt ignored conflicts and conversations; practicing his abillities instead. Also, in my mnd, the fact he embraces his nothingness sets him naturally more in-tune with his nobody powers... Effectively making him stronger than the others one-on-one right now...
Just my own thoughts...

What happens if you balefire someone who balefired someone else?
Depends on how fast you balefire them, I suppose, since it only resets the clock so far.

From what you have described, I figure one of two things:
1. The killer never exsisted to shoot Balefire in the first place, the the killed comes back.
2. The killed cannot be brought back, as their is nothing to bring back, and both remain dead.

I'm thinking its probably number 2, since whoever was killed was killed with balefire, which erases you from existence, something I think not even more balefire can think.
But people who die from someone, who's balefired, does come back. >:D

Derp, was gonna have Alnerigo pop in before this. Now he's going to have to give Hyper a real talking to, now that she's already used balefire.
And, on the subject of balefire: Poor Semirhage. Balefired from existence. That's what you get when you try to collar the Dragon Reborn, though.
Just read this, was incredibly satisfying. She had it coming.
And so did Cadsuane. I've been waiting a long time to see her arrogance and 'know-it-all-better-than-thou' attitude bite her back.
