For the record, I don't think that the term 'Sue' is even applicable to the
ta'veren
main characters. Just saying.

Because she's a likable character?
I don't assess Sues in books, since most main characters are overpowered to begin with since they save worlds. I assess Sues with people who make fan characters.
I also like Siuan, who doesn't get enough
screen
text time out of New Spring, honestly.
Eh. I don't really agree there. Main characters can be better than average, sure. But there is a very well-defined line into sue territory.
The best example I can think of is The Count of Monte Cristo, which I read in english 9. Edmund Dante, the main character was a MASSIVE, undeniable sue for no reason at all. And it ruined the entire book for me...

Well, there's always a fine line, but I still view Egwene as a minor sue, tbh.
Rand/Mat/Perrin are definitely sues, but at the same time they have an excuse, so they aren't sues.
I kinda like this icon.

Exactly. Should I also mention at the start of the stories she's 18? (she doesn't do any army commanding until 21 though, which is near the end).
But take any main character in a book and write out their accomplishments. Most, if not all, will sound like sues.
Very true, but there are exceptions to that. And it is why it's important to include flaws and such.
Usually, actually reading it is the only way to point out a sue. And main characters are no exception, imo.

I would, but I don't wanna get annoying with it. I really like my story and like telling it to people, but sometimes I get overboard and I like to stop before I get there. XD
You're not getting annoying, I promise you. But meh.
I sort of want to hold off on Logan vs. Nagol until after the group gets to BB...
