Still, compared to the rest of the group who have been fighting just as much or MORE than Al, it just looks like he is poor under pressure.
Also, on the subject of WHY Logan didn't transform before talking to Hyper: try sowing your arms onto your body, and then ripping them back apart. How often do you want to do that?

Look, the point I'm trying to make is:
Most of us are reasonable people. Sitting here behind the Fourth Wall we can take our time to think on what to say and what to do. We get along pretty well, and rarely have problems.
In this RP, however, 'we' are thrown into something we have never, ever been through before. Not even close. And this is where I'd like all of you to remember - we are flawed. We can't always be ideal. Going through such kind of situation without major quarrels is pretty much impossible.
Whether the meltdowns are realistic or larger than life itself is another question, but at least I'm trying.

Well I can only be certain about Jael Nordax (mine), Rexyph (Hyper) and highly likely Xalxe (Fund), who are now in Dire Maul. Adams' yet unnamed Nobody is chilling in Theramore, while Hell's Nobody is with the group in the Mage Tower of Theramore, but he's benevolent and doesn't count=P.

Nagol is pretty much just chilling with the main group of nobodies. I was trying to make him their 'leader', but it is clearly hard when his goals are in direct opposition of theirs, lol.

It has a very rich lore and its very nature allows much leeway for writers. Read the Ciaphas Cain books. They are hysterical even though I usually avoid first person books.
