What's the whole Nobody/Heartless shtick? I get that Nobodies are undead by any other name - intelligent soulless bastards - while Heartless are just brutes. Anything else I need to know?

They are pieces of us that split when we entered Azeroth. Heartless are feral monsters who live to devour hearts. (Someone strong enough may or may not take control of them)
Nobodies have our memories from before the trip to Azeroth. Their motivations are TBA, I believe.
