Seriously, it is impossible to dislike her after a play through... except maybe when she goes all psycho and tries to kill Roxas...

Again, technically Xion is an It, not a She or a He, since the replica looks different to every person that sees it: Xenmas sees Sora, Xigbar sees Ven, and so on and so forth....and Roxas sees a girl, himself, and Sora one after another heh.

Actually, as the Nightmare fuel page of Kingdom Hearts puts it:
* Here's something else I just thought of: Some members of the Organization see Xion not as the black-haired Kairi look-a-like or as Ventus, but a faceless puppet. When we "see" her through their eyes, we see Xion with her hood up. But I caught myself thinking: what would she look like under that hood?
* Maybe, if her hood were removed in that state, there would be literally nothing underneath. So yeah, using pronouns with It, not exactly the best thing.

They may not have noticed the fact that didn't come until later prior to putting that.
Notice how shocked Xigbar was when she suddenly looked like Ven? He clearl hadn't been seeing that the entire time.
