Blizzard already did that when Patch 3.0.9 was released

On the PTR patch notes I was unable to locate anything indicating that the number of quests required to complete any of the loremaster achievement will be reduced.
* At this present time, that link will head to the 3.0.9 patch notes; however, when Patch 3.1.0 is released it will no longer there, but instead it will shown under the previous patch notes like

I got Loremaster before 3.09....but it was a pain.
It was possible...but it took a ton of research...thanks WoWhead!
