I can't comment on these being useful as my shammy is rather lacking in play time... but try wowwiki for starters:

The only shaman-specific macro I use is my totem one:
/castsequence reset=20 Wrath of air totem, Stoneskin totem, Flametongue totem, Mana spring totem
(Just so you're not mislead, you cannot and will not drop all 4 totems with 1 press of this button. You will have to press this button 4 times in order to get them. And yes, you can change the totems to whichever you'd like.)
The only shaman-specific addon I use is

Both posts above mine (gameldar and Novak in case someone beats me to the punch) are great suggestions.
That WoWWiki page was a godsend for me, and while I wasn't a fan of TotemTimers initially, I revisted it and got customising. Its great, particularly for keeping track of their timers during long fights.

The addon I use for managing totems is called "LunarSphere". It's like the original Totemus on crack, and usable by any class... It's a little tough to configure at first but once it's setup, WHOOBOY is it the addon to beat.
