Do you have a preference for Alliance or Horde? The realm and faction transfer are combined, you can't take one without the other. (So, are you already on Sylvanas, or looking to transfer there?)

The 10 day scroll? Was that the old Scroll of Resurrection, before 4th March 2012? If so, he can get a new Scroll of Resurrection, but only once. From
the SoR FAQ
:
Who can be sent a Scroll of Resurrection?
To be eligible to receive a Scroll of Resurrection, your friend must have a full (non-Starter Edition) World of Warcraft account, and their account must have become inactive on or before 4th March 2012.
If your friend’s World of Warcraft account has been inactive since December 2009 (or longer), your friend must first associate their World of Warcraft account with a free Battle.net account before they can receive a Scroll of Resurrection. Tell your friend to see our Battle.net Account FAQ for information on creating a Battle.net account and merging their WoW account. After your friend has set up their account, you should be able to send them a Scroll of Resurrection normally.
Once you've received one of the new Scrolls, your account will have been active since 4th March, so you're not eligible for Scrolls any more.

How long after the 7 days do i have to reactivate my account and still get the mount etc ?
No problem! Just to be clear, it's the person who sends the scroll who gets the mount (wasn't sure if you meant the scroll I sent to you or the one you're planning to send your cousin).
Anyway, at the moment, there's no time limit on it for EU accounts. They've promised to announce well in advance if they decide to change that. I SoR'd my second account about 3 months ago but didn't resub 'til a few days ago, and I got the mount :)

Heh, thanks ^_^ Much appreciated, believe me! Hope you manage to get one/both too, if you want them.
Can i choose any realm to transfer to or can i only transfer to the senders realm ? i want to play outland :P
Edit: Sorry, only just saw this question. You can choose one of your existing characters, or create a new one, to transfer to the sender's realm. They'll be transferred to the sender's faction at the same time - the faction and realm transfer are a package deal, you can't take one without the other. You don't have to transfer a character if you don't want to. The level boost to 80 is separate.
So if you want an existing character transferred to Outland, you'll need to ask for another scroll (and specify Outland and your faction of choice in the request) if you haven't already accepted mine (I've used up both of my scrolls for the day, but I'm sure plenty of other people would be more than happy to). I won't be offended! :) If you're making a new character, you can accept my scroll, create a new character on Outland, and choose not to accept the realm and faction transfer, and you'll still be able to boost them to 80.
