Here's some things that I think need fixing.
Make all your action buttons the same size and fill in the gaps between them.
If you're a keybinder, remove all abilities that don't have cooldowns and keybind them on a hidden bar in order to save screen space.
Keybind even obscure things like your bags, quest log, map, etc. You can keybind these things to areas on your keyboard that you never use, like F9-F12 o p k l m. I could go on forever.
Arrange your actionbars more horizontally and move your player and target frames lower on the screen.
Get a simple, but good looking TTF (TrueType Font) file. Then create a folder called Fonts in your WoW directory, and make a copy of the font file. Put both into the Fonts folder. Name one ARIALN. This is for your chat windows and button text. Name the other folder FRIZQT__ This font is for everything else besides chat and button text. Note: They don't actually have to be the same text, this is just what I suggest. In my opinion, it looks better matching.
Move all your combat text to either side, not just some of it.
Get a chat addon like Prat that can remove the unnecessary scroll up and down buttons.
Get Satrina Buff Frame and Buttonfacade. Then get a simple Buttonfacade skin with a thin, black border. Use this skin for your actionbuttons and your buffs to give it a nice matching look.
You have overlapping timers on your buffs and debuffs because of OmniCC and X-Perl. Go under the options, and get rid of one of them.
Put a thin black border around Pitbull and Sexymap. You don't need to replace Sexymap with Chinchilla. There is an option for Sexymap that lets you change the texture. You can put a simple, square texture.
Get SLDT (SLDataText). It shows your latency, framerate, time, durability, and all sorts of good stuff without the ugly bar from addons like Fubar and TitanPanel.
Last of all, get the addon called Sharedmedia. It adds textures to WoW that you can use in addons like Pitbull.
