If I missed an existant thread, just link it, but I didn't see one. (I did a search and found outdated info)
I'm wanting to switch things up a little. Be a little different. I wanna level arcane. I know frost would make my life "easier" but I dont wanna learn frost spec all while I'm leveling then just jump into arcane at 80. (I plan on going PvE arcane at 80).
To the point: Does anyone have suggestions of a leveling spec? I was thinking just

to get started and respec more for Arcane Blast/Barrage once I get them and going more a an instance/raiding spec from 60-80.
What do you mage-masters think?

Another thing, what order should I get your talent tree in? Should I fill out all of tier 1 before going to tier 2, etc or should I go with the highest tier possible at a level and when that tier is full go back and fill in missing talents? or a combination of the 2?
(I am lvl 23 currently)
