If this is a PvP spec why do you have points in surpression?
Contrary to popular belief, you DO still need hit rating for PvP. Not much, but a bit. This is exceptionally true if you are alliance, as a good deal of Horde (Blood Elves) have a -3% chance to be hit by all spells... Then you have talents that increase spell miss chance, and your innate chance to miss.
