Wow your fury spec is a mess, all over the place. Don't take the top talents as much, concentrate on the bottom half of fury and work towards Titan's Grip for level 60. Your Attack Power and Crit should be higher, then once you're in outlands use more hit rating gear.
I would read some of the stickies for a good fury talent spec.
Also here's my alt paladin, she's got some decent plate gear as a ret spec.
