Cuz sometimes combacks do happen, Plenty of times 0-2 Horde up by 2, we get new ppl, and whaddya kno upset central?
AB ive seen horde come back from 1600-400 Allys winning to five capping that garbage and winnin in 2 mins flat
Same with EOTS
AV, Well...thats kinda set in stone.
Just well sometimes its better to try for 100+ honor than 21+ honor, plus if u hand in marks thats 943 honor vs just 314
Dont get me wrong come backs are rare and few inbetween, (more if your alliance than horde) but it happens.

I was in an AB where we took a 1000-200 lead early, only to watch the Hordies come back and win.
I was also in an EotS where we were down by about 60 at one point, so players like the OP started up their "just let them win" BS. We ended up winning that match 2000-1960. I capped the flag that won that match.
If you quit trying at the first sign of adversity, you'll never win anything.

This is one thing i miss about the "old system".
people BG'd to PvP not to get gear (excluding your HWL/GM's)
now days nobody wants to play the game they just want free gear and no work to get it.
it's annoying, gear is the byproduct of pvp not the other way around.

Absolutely agree. I would LOVE to see Alterac Valley go back to the way it was with 24 hour games and 3 hour battles in the Field of Strife with NPCs, Elementals and Wingmasters pounding stuff. Think about it... no more AFK'ers (whats the point if games take a long time to gain any honor, and less people who don't actually try.

I'm sorry, but I BG a LOT too. PVP is almost the only end game activity for me.
Here's my take on this.
"QQ", "YOU GUYS SUCK", "QQ", "L2P! QQ", "THIS IS THE WORST AB EVER! QQ" and on and on. Waisting our time and being the bottom of the DPS scale is where your QQ comes from. Stop QQing and do something constructive. Learning to play, and not being a whiny kid because you may actually lose a battle is not the way to Learn 2 Win. Do your job, no matter what your gear is.
I won an AB against S2/S3 geared toons with me(ret) in PVP blue, S3vindicator's with a holy belt, PVE rings and neck, holy trinket, and S1 with savagery mace, oh, and the new S4 gloves =). I was 3rd on the DPS for ally, and only 4 horde above me. I was taking on a lock and 2 huntards the whole time because of the QQ mentality of the idiots in the BG.
Don't cry, play the game. Learn to get the most out of your class, and play to be good. Don't play for the points. If you want to do that, roll the other faction and make our WOW lives better not having yet another sponge in the BG.
Oh, and the most honor I got in AV was in a turtle win. 607 bonus honor with around 600 honor from HK's. 2 hour turtle. Just because it isn't as fast as powning them, doesn't mean it isn't worth it. Get to where the fight is and be useful. Think of it as war. If you run from the line wetting yourself, you don't do anything to help your comrads. If you take a few hits, and spend some of your meager life on the front lines and learning how to do it, you become a constructive part of the group.
