Not sure if you raid 25 mans or not, but here's what I would get:
Chestguard of the Lost Protector
from 80 badges
Then
Waist Guard of the Living Iron
I would run OS 25 and 10 man for the
Gloves of the Lost Protector
and save your badges.
Don't bother with the shield, get the
Valor Medal of the First War
after everything else.
Also look to craft the
Armor Plated Combat Shotgun
.
Save your Emblems of Valor for:
Platinum Mesh Cloak
Bracers of Dalaran's Parapets
Kyzoc's Ground Stompers
Mantle of the Lost Protector

chest then belt.
it seems like you're not raiding, so try to get in an OS pug for your gloves. i would probably save for the chest and run AN every day for that belt to hold you over.
