Heirloom Weapons + Spec question concerning leveling

So I decided to go for heirloom weapons for my lowbie rogue I'm going to level, and I've decided combat spec (obviously), but I'm not sure if I should go for Dal'rend's Charge/Thrash Blade or Dalrend's Charge/Scarlet Kris? As far as I can tell, for combat you want fast weapons in the OH for Combat Potency, so the Kris should be better, no?
Finally, concerning my combat spec, if I were to go Sword MH/Dagger OH, would I want to put points into Close Quarters Combat or Sword Specialization? (afaik putting 5 points into both is a waste)
Remember, this is for leveling, not pvp/instances

Combat Potency may or may not play into the matter at later levels due to the length of combat, but in either case one has to get fairly far down the tree to obtain it. The real benefit would be increased critical strike chance on the off hand using a swift dagger while leveling which may be obtained relatively early on.
I think it's a safe bet to use either one since it is an heirloom off hand. It will grow with you and become more useful as you go down the tree. Stamina on low levels is also fairly beneficial in a practical sense.

Yes I have the heirloom shoulders, the badge ones.
I'm leaning towards the dagger offhand just because of the stats on it, as opposed to what seems like a mediocre proc, considering how low people are observing the proc in the comments for the heirloom Thrash Blade...

What enchants would be best for heirloom weaopns/shoulders? There doesn't seem to be much that's any good that can be put on the BoA gear.

double crusader on weapons, don't think there is anything you can enchant the shoulders with without binding them to 1 char

Lifestealing is really better... more proc chance means more survavibility, and with SnD you should proc really often

The AP bonus from Crusader probably outweighs the minuscule health gains...
