Nice summary ;)
In terms of cost, the Bracers, Head and (silver) Legs are relatively easy to get, and cost maybe 1 days' worth of dailies each. That's a very handy +111 healing, 15 sta and 7 mp5 for not that much work...
For people with little time / gold to spare and who choose Aldor, it might be worth adding a lesser Aldor healing shoulder inscription to the 'easy three', which still gives 29 +healing for just 1 / 4 the materials needed for the blue inscription and at lower rep (
