Heh, yeah. That's one of the great things about knowing past WoW lore.
When I logged in Wrath for the first time and started running around there, I was like "hey, I remember this from Warcraft 3, this too."
I only whished I'd played Beyond the Dark Portal, Outland would have been that much cooler then.

Beyond the Dark Portal was an awsome expansion for WC2, I loved the missions there. Though, you can pick up both Tides of Darkness/Beyond the Dark Portal for cheap now a days Morec. As for the book; I enjoyed it, but could have done without the Auchidoun part, that wasn't really needed, but I loved the Deathwing vs Gruul fight.

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but with my current knowledge of it all, it just wouldn't be worth it - from a stroy prespective.
For example:

. Had I played BTDP I would have remembered him from the missions, and it would have been one of those "aha! cool!" moments, similar to the Frostmourne scene in Dragonblight.

The use of Draenei was good - the summoning of the ghosts didn't make much sense. I would think the draenei would revere the dead to much for that.

Well maybe it was a hint at the draenei going insane by TBC? I don't think Exarch Maladaar was
fully sane

Looking for some source material for my Darkspear Trolls article.
Need something that confirms that Trolls will be kicked out of the Central-Ring of Orgrimmar
, and anything dealing with the Alliance attacking the Shatterspear Trolls (this may be confirmed or not).
Currently scanning the Cataclysm forum, and I haven't found what I'm looking for just yet. Any help would be appreciated. :D
Edit: Found the "Booting of the Trolls" bit. Still looking for the part dealing with the Shatterspear. (Ironically it was me that linked the source in the thread I was looking for, lol)

I don't think they'll be attacked by the Alliance, the pic of the Nelf Drood standing over the Warsong Troll could easily be him trying to heal her.
Or is there something else that highly suggests that?

Okay. I think I've found something sufficient enough for the Shatterspear Tribe. It's mainly speculation but that's the main point of the article, so it's alright. :D
