ohhhh god, SO MUCH WIN.
and yet, the first 6 pages of the general forums on MMOchump are full of prickless crybabies whining and complaining and b1tching and moaning :P
its almost too fun to watch XD their tears and nerdrage are yummy.

:P its an exaggeration I know, but yes, I think its safe to say, most of us of the lore & RP section are happy with the expansion overall.
I'm mostly happy about the DOTA BG, and the PVE battlegrounds.
And that the monks wont be pandaren exclusive, I've already reserved a nice name for my future blood elf monk =D

Heh, well now I'm looking forward to Patch 4.3 so I can get my Diablo mount for getting the year sub, and after that point, not sure if I'll end up using the free Beta invite from it when the expansion rolls around.

"Last year's BlizzCon you talked about Abyssal Maw raid. What happened to it?" No plans to release it. They wanted to do it as a raid for Cataclysm in Vashj'ir, but the story line didn't fit with where they were going for the patch cycle. Nothing was wrong with it, it just didn't fit, so they lost all the concept art. Never really progressed beyond that however.Ouch.

I'll never say I miss Cata.
Wrath and BC, I have a feeling I'll be missing for a long time.
I never complained about Wrath while it was going. My QQ started with the announcement of Cat's talent system, and MoP isn't helping it at all.

F'real though, Cata turned out to be a disappointment for me but for this... it's so out there that I simply cannot see how they can screw this up.

this SUCKS, vashj was one of my favorite zones in cata, and now its left on a crappy cliffhanger, we wont see what happened to neptulon, we wont defeat the big kraken thingie, a lot of stuff will be left with no explanation at all =(

I think what he meant was, that the main reason cataclysm wasn't as good as the other expacs was because it was focused on revamping the earlier levels (on which they did a FANTASTIC JOB I may add).
Now that they got rid of that dead weight, they can fully focus MoP to the endgame content, and so far, I liked most of what I saw.
Specially the Daily quests taht give Vp, and the PVE Scenarios that give JP. (I hate farming heroics, but farming quests, that's my specialty)

I preferred leveling before Cata. And nothing about MoP will make me hate the new 1-60 any less. ESPECIALLY not Pandas.

Now you're just being biased, leveling 1-60 in Cata is way more fun, easy and rewarding than in Vanilla.

Easy? maybe.
But I miss running from Kalimdor to EK for my totems. It was one of the coolest quests I ever did, and I would have made 100 shamans just to see it over and over.
And that is just the beginning of all those epic moments Old World offered.
