I remember some worgen mobs in Duskwood that would turn you into one of them for a few seconds. I'm pretty sure my character didn't drink any blood. But then again lore=/= game play
Those are the Feral ones; and the ones in Northrend are cursed ones that are working from the Argual spells again.

KYL : Tauren Origins and Tin Foil Hats
Can someone start posting summaries of these? I ordinarily don't like reading KYL or TFH (the former because I already know my lore, and the latter because I'm fairly certain that the TFHs won't prove to be true, because baseline lore isn't really very deep or complicated), but if those who do enjoy reading them could at least mention the bottom line, that'd be cool.

Earthmother is a living entity that is Azeroth, and She's pissed about the Old Gods and the Titans tearing her up and screwing around, so the Tauren are living White Blood Cells....or something.

Q: Are blood elf death knights still afflicted by their racial addiction to magic?
A: No, though their new addiction, the one all Ebon Blade death knights possess, is arguably worse: the need to inflict pain. If death knights do not regularly inflict agony upon another creature, they begin to suffer wracking pains that could drive them into a mindless, blood-seeking hysteria—a far worse fate than that of those who suffer from arcane withdrawal.
Been nagging me for some time, are there any other mentions of this addiction the death knights supposedly suffer?

Well duh; hence why it's a TFH.

I've never seen that, since most of the Death Knights seem to be emotionless except when it comes to the Lich King and the Scourge.

So does this mean that DKs are now into bondage?
Xxarthas's skill in BDSM has increased to 525.
Also, it could be possible that this 'new' addiction has only set in after Arthas' death, which wouldn't make any sense, but really, that seems to be the direction the lore is heading towards. :S

The Endless Hunger
, endless hunger followed by pain, which can only be sated with violence/death/etc.

So, in 4.2 did the Aspects manage to fully restore Nordrassil? If so, have the night elves regained their immortality (since Nozdormu has finally resurfaced).

Nope, since Rag hit the meeting before then.

Nope, since Rag hit the meeting before then.
not only that, the "Ritual" that the earthen ring and cenarion circle were suposed to do along with the aspects to re-bless the tree was interrupted by fandral, and aparenly after thrall returned, getting hitched was more important than resuming said ritual.
