Might not stay that way for long though, if you've seen the cut scene.
Which one?
The one at the end of the Echo Isles, where Vol'jin speaks to Thrall.
Oh and considering how awesome the
troll district
in Orgrimmar is, I'm not sure if I'd say they get the short end of the stick. :-) (it's basically a mini town... inn, AH, bank and trainers)
Brb, rolling a troll.

Tauren and goblins have their own "mini-towns" in Orgrimmar with all that stuff in them as well. (goblin one is a slum with a big oil pump and a lot of mechanical stuff while the Tauren one is full of tents and totem poles, like TB...) The blood elves and Forsaken hang out in Grommash Hold.
Have to say new Orgrimmar feels more like the one true capital of the Horde than an orc city now, which IMO isn't a bad thing at all. (especially since it's basically the new Shattrath/Dalaran for Horde players now)

Maybe, I don't think Garrosh trust the eastern members of the Horde enough to give them a whole district for them to build like their homelands.

I was under the impresion that the cleft of shadows was the "Forsakenish" district of new org.

Only orcs (other than the Shattered Hand trolls) down there. It's still the warlock/rogue area, and the orc mages are there as well now.

That's true as well.

I can't see how that would be required, after all, there are what? 3-4 Blood Elves and Forsaken there?
But they're special snowflakes.

How could one explain a dual-classed character?
I have a player who wants to be one, but I hesitate with the idea since it already sounds overpowered. I don't want to snatch away their creative freedoms either...

Well, this is a segment of what the player sent me:
He's already seen an RP career in WoW itself, but after I quit there's some new elements that have been incorporated outside the limits of the game... Basically, I want to ask you if these partially incorporated aspects of the character would be apropriate within the forums in terms of maintaining a certain balance among the player characters should a potential conflict arise (which I'm quite sure they will IC'ly, hopefully less so OOC'ly).
Essentially Zan could be considered dual-classed. He's always been a Rogue, but has recently found himself unexpectedly developing some primal traits (as in from the primal lore-class)for reasons I'm in the middle of developing. Out of respect for the forum in the case that I bring the character there, I would like your opinion of wether or not it's best left just discarding the idea overall, or if you think it wouldn't be a problem as long as I arrange for a balance between these facets somehow. As I've not yet seen any other characters on the forums who have a hybrid-class.
He seems like he could handle it just fine, I guess my real problem would be if others complain about it. Then everyone would want a dual classed character. I've been thinking of ways to implement some sort of rules and/or limits, but then that just adds complication when it comes to character creation and that's what most of my members are running from.
Edit: Now that I think about it, this seems more like a managing issue more than lore. Sorry for posting this here, I'm just rather lost with this ordeal.

Well, I don't get exactly what he meant by ''primal'', since it could be many things.

The Naga Part 1
.
As the war raged, Azshara grew more and more irritated with the lack of progress -- and it was at this point of the history that we learn some startling information revealed in the War of the Ancients trilogy by Richard Knaak. The queen approached Mannoroth and demanded to know what was going on. The pit lord considered destroying her but then realized Azshara held within her a power that was so great, only Sargeras and his lieutenants, Archimonde and Kil'jaeden, could ever hope to defeat her. Queen Azshara wasn't simply a pretty face, nor was she a spoiled, selfish woman intent on being the consort of a god -- she was arguably the most powerful creature native to Azeroth in the planet's short history at the time./sigh I hate Queen Big-T1ts....but I will admit to her power. So, again, Old Ones, tie between D-Wing and Big Bewbs, Lich King, then the lesser threats.

Oh, that's extremely helpful. Thanks!
...I hope that's what he meant.

I only have one complaint about the opening cinamatic for Cataclysm: it dosn't give a very good description of the flight he took after emerging from Maelstrom (which looked alot like the Alterac Mountains to me). He flys over Auberdine, then all the way around the planet to Loch Modan, and then finally reaches Stormwind.
I'd like to say that the opening cinamatic has nothing to do with his actual emergence in lore, but that seems highly unlikely.

It looked like Dun Morogh to me but it is true, Blizzard said that he came of out through the Maelstrom.
