Quest - Trouble at Wyrmrest
Objective - Speak with Krasus at Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight.
Description
My old friend Krasus sends word of dire happenings at Wyrmrest, in Dragonblight. His missive was brief, but it seems that there has been some sort of attack on the Ruby Sanctum beneath the Temple.
Pressing business here in Dalaran keeps me from attending to the matter personally, but I have heard word of your exploits in the Lich King's Citadel and you are doubtless up to the task -- perhaps you could assist Krasus in my stead?Hisss....
NO RHONIN, why don't YOU go help your Sue friend WITH YOUR MAGICAL POWERS OF AMAZINGNESS! I have BETTER things to do than be a part of KNAAK'S NEXT EPIC TALE OF SUPER SPECIAL AWESOME AMAZINGNESS!
/rant
I don't like Rhonin. I don't like doing quests for Rhonin. Especially when they involved certain red dragons.

you know I'm finally reading day of the dragon, and I have to agree, he is the most boring character in that book. I've even skipped ahead to a new section sometimes to get to an exciting bit, reluctently reading the rhonin bit after.

At least there's a quest this time, instead of just walking into the Sanctum and killing the dragons... also, you've done a quest for Rhonin before, he's the one who sends you into VH after all.

humm skree, just pointing this out: the only reason for rhonin to give that quest is for dummies who don't check up the wyrmrest temple, because you CAN get the quest from Krasus even if you skip rhonin completely.
so, rather than looking at it like doing an errand for rhonin, instead look at it as you making a visit to the queen of life, and krasus asks your aid since they consider you by now (if u're exalted) a friend and an ally.
heck, if alextrazsa allowed me the privilege of having one of her sons to fly me arround azeroth and share adventures with me, that implies a bond of trust :P
is natural that her consort would seek my aid if something bad happens, like....... the 2 guardians on the ruby sanctum entrance getting killed, and the ring-portal getting shattered.
you know I'm finally reading day of the dragon, and I have to agree, he is the most boring character in that book. I've even skipped ahead to a new section sometimes to get to an exciting bit, reluctently reading the rhonin bit after.
dude, THE WHOLE BOOK is a sleeping pill of 200 pages, I had to FORCE MYSELF to read it and I did it only because I wanted to know more about deathwing, not because of rhonin, or vereesa who managed to make a prefect stranger follow her into the maws of death itself.
I will not lie, I loved War of the ancients, but that's about the only book of kanaak I can truly say I enjoyed, Day of the Dragon was extremely boring, Deathwing was the only intresting part of it (and alextrazsa eating alive nekros :P)

here's a quick What if lore question that i've been thinking of since i read Arthas the rise of the lich king by Christie Golden: What do you guys think would have happened, if arthas and Jaina had made an heir to the throne be it male or female?

He would have killed it when he killed his father, mother and possibly sister.

okay here's my next question that i'm not entirely sure of, How long was it between the time mentioned above and his purging of stratholm?

A) It becomes ruler of both Kul tiras and Lordaeron after a period of time.
B) Killed by Arthas
C) Taken to Kalimdor with Jaina
^ Most likely outcomes.

A few months; he purged Stratholme, then went North hunting Mal'ganis, then came back and wiped out Lordaeron... which actually means, there would be no child born in that short amount of time between Jaina and Arthas breakup.

Yes meaning that if jaina had kept it a secret from arthas then it could have come across the ocean with her to Kalimdor, right?

Except, fantasy stories aside, you can't keep a pregnancy a secret, as Jaina was visible at all times, and didn't mysteriously vanish for a few months.

Perhaps, but we would have known about it by now. If she was pregnant when she fled to Kalimdor, she would have either given birth on the journey there, during the timeframe of Hyjal, or shortly after. In all three instances, she would have been unfit to participate in the battle for Hyjal.
Edit: Also, Jaina was royalty. She would have likely had journalists or reporters looking at her actions. I'm sure they would notice a child.

Question: Whatever happened to those night elf sorcerer's that weren't highborne? Did they just assimilate into the new night elven society and not use there arcane power's or were all former sorcerer's considered highborne after the war of the ancients?
