Why is there a Blood Elf statue in Trisfal?
Probably meant to be Sylvanas.
^ This. I believe.

Maybe, still seems weird....
As near as I can match up, that shot is from in front of the inn in Brill, looking at the zep towers outside UC.
Wowzers... Ô,Ô
Aye, looks like the Forsaken are spending their new, Arthas-free existance rebuilding their towns and whatnot. Seems Arthas had a fairly good guess going on in A20 (if you ignore the fact that he killed Sylvanas).

I kinda don't think the statue is sylvans simply because it looks more male then female to me.

Well it is an elf statue (ha ha ha), and its also an image from the back. The cloak hides most of the features. I can, however, see how it could be viewed as a male.
EDIT: It's gonna be interesting to fight
these
.

It
is
male. Also, let's not forget; Lordaeron was the capital of the Grand Alliance. As far as I'm aware, the undead are building on the surface of Capital City as well, so you do the maths. :P

So they Retcon a random statue in there? I think there's something more to it then that.
Also, the Forsaken are moving South into Gilneas, so does nayone else think that maybe some of the Silverpine Worgen might be moving north into the Tirisfal Glades?

We only really see a fraction of the Capital City in game, currently.

Yes, but that's Brill. Why would they put a statue like that up for no reason?

It might not be Brill. /shrug

Take a look at the location. You can see the Zepplines on the hill in the same fashion as from Brill.
Even if its not Brill, its certainly not in the Capital City.

Could be the area in front of the Ruins of Lordearon.

I was wondering, is there any "Doctor" in azeroth?
I mean, when mending a broken bone, or a nasty slash, or a deep arrow wound, or a burn from a firebolt, would it be more practical to apply the traditional arts of medicine, do surgery, or simply pray to the holy light/spirit of the wilds/ancestors, to restore wounds?
makes one wonder if medicine has actually developed behond the basic first aid kits wich consist only on applying a bandage to a wound, to using disinfectant to a similar effect.

It depends on cultures. The shamanistic races have, medicine men, or witch doctors or whatever you want to call them, who use a mixture of said things and worship, there are also what you're thinking of. For example,
Gregory Victor is a trauma surgeon.
Here.

Er... uh... what?
And WoW.com agrees with me in saying that it's Brill.
