Reading the comics now, I'll try to look objectively. -.-
I did too. It won't work. The writing
will
make you want to /wrists.
But, if you look at the cool art, the feeling might subside until you start actually reading again.

good luck trying not to hate the comics, I dunno what's worst, the watered down thrall-copy of varian's story, (with him NEVER being defeated, wich is quite boring, as an invincible character lacks that depth) or the story of med'an.
wait till you get to the comic's depiction of warsong gulch :S is enough to make any horde player puke........

I don't hate the comics... but I think that's because of company love lol; Wildstorm is one of my top 5, up there with Marvel, DC, and Image.

That can't be the water is entirely too reflective to be WoW.
It's part of the new Screenshot of the Day, Cataclysm version.

didn't you know? they are adding a completely modified water physics in cataclysm, remember how shadows used to look like before WOTLK? then WOTLK came and BAM, super realistic shading system.
that's the idea about an expantion, to improve the game, make it better, more awesome, if the game doesn't evolves, it's doomed to die.
the new water looks awesome, and you can be sure that on the expantion after cataclysm they will modify even more the game, the graphic engine is little by little being upgraded.

It might be Gilneas, but I actually think that it's Dustwallow. The trees look a lot like Dustwallow's, and the bridge looks familiar too.

Yeah, I think the bridge confirms it. Looks a lot more like Dustwallow than Silverpine, at least.

Well its been a few years, things can grow. Not to mention there might have been some magical intereference (sp) as well.

Unless there's a quest involved with it, it's essentially a retcon.
