Hmm,

Nope, not strange at all.

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions about what the Blue Child can signify to the tauren?

First, let me ask a question: the other moon (Blue Child is a moon, right?) signifies what to them again? And what is it called?

Mu'sha I believe. And it is the eye of the Earthmother and gives Tauren Druids their power.

Hmm, so maybe the Blue Child has something to do with the tauren shamans, then. Being as the sun is the root of their paladins.

Could be, although it feels like shaman are a bit more connected to the world itself, what's with the spirits and all.
However, it was not really the kind of answer I was after. Let me rephrase:
What part of the Earthmother do you think the Blue Child represents, if any? And why/why not?

Is there a prominent living Orc Warlock? Someone in Outland, perhaps? (Doesn't have to be a Lore Character, just a boss or some kind of Elite.)
Thanks,
Maz.

To tie it in with my previous answer: maybe it represents the eye of the earthmother that watches over the land and other elements (whereas the White Lady could watch over nature)? That woud give some credit to my original idea, through the thought that Tauren shamans wish to associate themselves with that eye and therefore the Earthmother by also watching over the elements

Hm, here's a plan; go to wowwiki and put in Warlock, and it comes up with a list of named and famous Warlocks from the Lore.

Zuluhed was killed in BC; part of the Netherwing chain.

That's who I was erroneously referring to as Nekors.
Aka I mixed up Nekros w/ Zuluhed.

That would make a bit more sense, although she would have three eyes in that case, which would seem a bit weird. I'll look into it some more anyway, and then I'll think of some ideas on my own. Thanks for the idea.

What's the third eye? I don't remember the Tauren's considering the sun one of her eyes.
