Sure, although you might want to include a reason as to why he dosn't have a name. Did he decide that he simply didn't want to be recognized as the person he was anymore? Or was there some event that cause him to take up a new identity?
Actually, I don't think that any explanation would need to be given at all. All it would take is the proper style of writing.
