Ulduar won't be released for at least one month. Relax.
If you have people in 90% 25man-gear, they're more than enough prepared for Ulduar.

No one really knows quite yet, but I would assume people will jump into Ulduar with requirements similiar to what they ask of 25 man Naxx or EoE 10/25.
Common rules for my server is casters: 2100+ SP, DPS must be able to put out 2k DPS, Tanks obviously need to be def capped with 30k+ hp when buffed
I'm sure all servers have their own "common knowledge" requirements, but they're probably similiar.
