Wats the approximate gear requirement to tank naxx 10, OS, H naxx, H OS?
i know i need def cap.. but approximately how much HP, dodge, armor, parry unbuffed?

Read the sticky "gearing up .... tank"
Pick the good stuff out and run those heroics.
If u have the Gold buy Titansteel weapon, tempered helmet, defence ring. Those 3 will be best in slot untill u get in the 25 man raid content.
With the heroic emblems get the gear u want and run the heroics for gear u can't get with the emblems of heroism. (aside from dk set, this will take a time) run 10-man content and ur good to go.
