I would go with this for now, and add aim for something like this for 80.

Morbidity and Blade Barrier are more important at your level than Tundra Stalker, and having Improved Icy Talons is great for the melee in your group.

improved icy talons is great buff for 5 mans, i wouldn't pass on that one

hungering cold is great emergency button when you pull extra spawn, especially since you don't have empower rune weapon yet. and helps out when aoe'ing whole spawns for q's

endless winter seems rather useless for tanking to me

maxed out blade barrier seems more usefull then maxed out toughness to me, but guess you planned on maxing that one out the lvls after 70 so guess it doesn't matter to much
