I would take 2 points out of Reverberation and drop them into Imp Shields. I'd rather have an extra 10% damage than .4 GCD bonus.

I would take those points out of reverberation and put them into imp shields and ancestral knowledge.

I would also allocate those call of flame points to either improved stormstrike, or elemental focus for some more mana efficency. If you are going to take enhancing totems, why bother taking call of flame since you would have your flametongue totem out anyways?

Ancestral Knowledge is a waste really, so it's skipped over for the better things down the tree.

You need 10 talent points in Elemental to be able to get to Elemental Fury, so you put them in Call of Flame as it's a good DPS talent when dropping Magma Totem on AoE'd trash and adds.

You'll not always be using Flametoungue Totem; if you've got an Elemental Shammy, they'll have Totem of Wrath out. Which trumps Flametoungue in every single way. There may be other buffs that are easier to use, not looked as I'm normally with another shammy with Warth being used.
