DRW Nerfed or OP?

Well, i was reading the patch notes some closer, and i found out that there will be a glyph for DRW and you can easily pick up the Runice Power Mastery.
I know the blade will deal 50% less dmg but think off this the CD is 90 secs.
If you have the RP Mastery, and the Glyph (which increases it with 10secs) you will have a DRW for 46secs.. Thats a bit more then 50% off the time!
That will mean an flat increase off 25% ? I thought DRW would be nerfed but seeing this changed my mind :o

This isn't a nerf damage wise, it has been done to reduce the burst in PvP while keeping the same flat amount of DPS in PvP.
I'll take the DRW glyph and RPM talent since a 50%+ uptime should really up the DPS on long fights.

Yea also with the fact that when you put 2 points in frost the duration would be 6 secs longer
Anyway 1 made 1 misscalc it costs 40RP to summon it, so it will be 90secs for extended Duration which equals 18secs 10+18+10(glyph) = 38
