The biggest problem with that build is that is has no talents for a proper big-hitting strike:
The Blood tree has Heart Strike and either dips into frost for non-disease consuming obliterates or lives without diseases
The Frost tree has Howling Blast and non-disease consuming Obliterates
The unholy tree has Scourge Strike
Lacking all of these, your single target threat will be severely limited. Death Strike really does too little damage in the current patch to be an alternative.
I don't know much else about the Blood tree, so won't comment on those talents. The unholy talents however could be improved a lot. I could list every change I'd make, but the list would get pretty long. Your best bet is to look at the base build listed in the
Tanking sticky

. Some talents like Desecration or Magic Suppression are optional but stuff like Impurity and Epidemic really shouldn't be skipped.
