your spellpower is around 100 too low for a full geared disc priest in pvp gear. You need WAY more stamina, im talking like 25k and your resi needs to be around 1k

Get your resil and stam up as high as possible. Once you get your resil and stam up to a good level, start regemming/enchanting for SP and balance it out as you get better pvp gear.

It's also worth noting that sp affects how much your shield is good for, and your shield is what makes disc pvp priests so powerful. From what I hear, as I'm not a disc priest, if your sp is around 1700, your shield is good for 5k dmg, and 2100 is good for 6k dmg.
