I would go with improved conc or enlightened judgements over blessed life IMO, and I wouldn't take imp devo.

But it's a possible spec. Definitely helps against feral druids I'm sure.

I'm not sure I would consider a 1504 rating and 23 arena matches played to be a good enough sample to reach any conclusions. You can get away with a lot in that bracket.

If you're going to PvP with Holy/Prot, you're generally only going to go 20 deep at most (for Imp HoJ and/or Divine Guardian), as any team with half a brain is going to control you rather than burn you. Blessing of Sanctuary and Holy Shield should never come into play.

51/20 is a popular arena Holy spec, as are 37/0/34 and 49/0/22. I prefer 49/0/22, but I'm hardly elite at PvP and there are successful players using all three.
