Balance for PvP - Any Tips?

Currently, I'm PvPing with my Feral Druid, and while it's fun, I find that I always keep going back to my Mage since I loooove casters! So I'm thinking of respecing to Balance! The only thing is, I've got basically no experience as Balance! So I'm wondering if anyone with experience as Balance could give me some pointers:

What's a good Balance build that is mostly focused on PvP but retains some PvE use. I mostly PvP these days, but occasionally, I like to PvE as well.
What stats should I mainly focus on, from a PvP perspective? The obvious ones are Resilliance and Stamina, but then what? Int? Hit? +DMG?
Finally, what good gear is there out there for Balance druids? I've saved enough Honor/Marks to be able to buy 2 pieces of S1 gear when 2.3 is released, and at my current rate, my 3rd piece shouldn't be far behind, but I might invest in a weapon instead. I've also got a few LW in my guild, but as of now, I basically have no Balance gear AT ALL, so...

Ya, the spec Fayden linked. As far as gear is concerned, there's not much you can get as far as craftables are concerned - I'd suggest pvping BGs till you have HWL/GM Wyrmhide to give you something to start with. You could take the unyielding girdle/bracers set but otherwise avoid cloth as much as possible. And forget about collecting +spell crit coz you can't get enough from pvp stuff for it to make a difference.

HT is not critting for 8k with a balance druid. Rather about 5-6k tops.

NS build lacks a lot of the mana efficiency you get from full balance.
