To do things somewhat the hard way, you type
/run PlaySoundFile("*");
where * is the full path of the sound file, although that's not necessarily always easy to find.
Or you can download the
WoW Sounds
addon and play sounds through there, it has a search and shows the full path of the files. :)

I know this is almost a month old but I thought making a new topic just to ask a question wasn't worth it..
I downloaded the WoW Sounds add-on but it seems to be missing Zul'Aman sounds. I wanted to hear the boss quotes, so does anyone know where I can find an update?
