If you consider that Improved Intercept will be Weapon Mastery's position. It also leaves 1 point out for wherever the new Juggernaut talent will be.
I've not taken Improved Slam in this spec, and it's because after testing our Arms in it's current state on the PTR and taking into account the newest changes I'll never get around to Slaming a target as due to Taste for Bloods new 100% proc chance, and Overpowering every couple of seconds with Unrelenting Assault, then the Execute procs, and Mortal Strike for rage dumps you'd starve yourself for Rage if you put a Slam in there... but this is speculation, I need to test the newest changes when they go on the PTR.

I've also left one point out for the juggernaut talent & imp intercept is weapon mastery in here also.
Yes, that's pretty much fine. But you should drop a point in Unbridled Wrath and get Anger Management. Anger Management is 20 rage per minute, and he difference between 4/5 UB and 5/5 UB is far less per minute with Arms. Therefore AM is better than that last point in UB (in fact to be honest I think AM is better than 5/5 UB for Arms).

UW is only of some limited use for Fury Warriors below 60 (i.e. TG), for Arms it's almost completely useless - don't bother putting any points in it.
