the one point in tree form is good for the times you wanna run a random heroic. Be forwarned, this char is useless for anything but healing. druids are completely reliant on their trees to make them good and this only has room for PvP rest talents (Feral up to feral charge, natures grasp vice Starlight Wrath, furor/natural shapeshifter etc etc)

if you dont feel the need to take natural shapeshifter (i suggest it but some dont take it) you can put those points into subtlety. The one point for OoC is as a buff bar purge buffer (specfically innervate) its also a good idea to at least keep R1 thorns and MotW on yourself for the same reason

edit: 2 things I forgot
1) as your resilience gets higher you might be able to get rid of natural perfection. I believe -crit damage caps out at 25% or something along those lines. if you make it to that much resilience I would put the points into subtlety for HoT/innervate purge protection

2) I have seen some people go for the T5 2 piece bonus which makes regrowths instant cast after coming out of bear or cat form. its on the feral set but the set bonus is monsterously awsome on a resto druid as your regrowths have a large chance to crit (turns to about 2.5K+ healing on an instant cast plus the HoT with a decent amount of healing gear) You would be giving up the 4 piece PvP bonus for it though )15% runspeed) which is very nice as well
