Guess who got a haircut.

Let me guess, a sudden feel of freedom after parting with that twirling mass? At least, that's what I've experienced after saying good-bye to my 0.8 ft long mane a year ago.Heh, kinda.

Little sad, though. I liked my hair, and I had a very well defined look. Now I gotta get used to a new one.

But it was an important thing to do. I'm in the process of enlisting in the Army, and I wanted to mark that transition with something equally big. And I definitely didn't want the Army to cut off all my hair. This way I at least get to save the braid.

Plus, now I look like my Mass Effect character.

Btw, Kahryez (not sure if you read this thread or not), I don't know if I ever linked Themra's appearance.

She looks essentially like this, but a little older and with red eyes, instead of blue.

That's her appearance from back when she was in her twenties (which she isn't, anymore). But she still has the red-brown braid, and all that. I think I'm gonna play her without the nose ring though. If you read the WoW comic called "Strange Acquaintances" (NSFW, it's a dirty comic... so, yeah...), then the orc there looks a lot like Themra (not intentional, of course), and if you haven't then you don't have to (or I can get a SFW pic from it).

Incidentally, while Themra is in her forties in this RP, I'm having fun RPing as if she were in her early to mid-thirties, so I guess it's just a willing suspension of disbelief. Oh, well.

I read the Q&A most times Skree, although I never post(I be a lurker), and knowing what she looks like helps, and yes I know of the comic. Jeck is going to have his work cut out for him though, I doubt she'll break easy, if at all.Heh, yup.

But I think this'll be fun.

Further on in the Jeck/Therma plot I think I may introduce Sprixx again. So far, all of his RP appearences have been more comical than anything, but with a new slaver character up I think I may be able to work in something similar to the first RP that I tried to use him in (except better).

For now, however, I'm out.

This deal with Themra is turning out great. I don't think I've had as much fun with a character since we tortured Kitanga, and we're just getting started. (Gurka was pretty fun, but it was over so quickly... :/)
