Sorry Undead, I'm just annoyed that you're GModing the Scythe away for some random plot point. I'm afraid Flamehowl won't give it up, and right now he's the Scythe's true owner, so it returns to him. You'll have to get something else besides a god mode.

Botcha isn't a board game, and normally while I wouldn't protest at a rematch, since my parents aren't happy with a tie or anything less in terms of number of games I have won, I decided to make it quick so that you wouldn't be waiting on me.
And yeah, monopoly can take ages, so can Risk when I play it with my dad. Sometimes it takes up several hours of a week or so even.
Edit: And that's with bending the rules so that everyone can make as many attacks as they want each turn.

Oh, they're fighting the guards while Gurka is rescued. They'll probably join in after they get her to safety
Fund already explained that
Since you are talking about the guards themselves, well it is kinda a dungeon so if they were to abandon their posts during a battle that would probably be a bad idea as the confusion and destruction would allow the prisoners to escape, resulting in more confusion and destruction.

And knowing a Legion prison it could likely have fel creatures lurking within that became feral, that kind of thing, so those would not be good for either side if they were let out.

It's pretty good. You get special stuff, and the map is based on Middle Earth. I highly recommend it.
