/mourn fair RP in which the user had a degree of control about their characters.
However, this sends mixed messages when newer RPers come along and God-mode -perhaps accidentally - then we whine about them god-moding and tell them "It's bad, m'kay?". Afterwards, they read some of the RP to get a sense of what's happened and read a lot of god-moding, thinking
"Why is it okay for
them
to god-mode, but as soon as I do it all hell breaks loose?"
It's extremely hypocritical. :P
