Who acts like a succubus, has the same type of spells as a succubus, and except for the wings, looks sorta like a succubus...the old 'walks like a duck, talks like a duck, quacks like a duck' adage seems to fit here.

That's why I figured my absence would be the

to become
the hero he's destined to be... :P
He could even start training with Ga'Crane and/or Nagorm, if you wanna go that direction.

I actually had the strangest idea to introduce a master-Roshi style character who would know Phillip from when he was a child. A sort of "too lazy to be OP" style. And then he would lazily train Phillip to harness all forms of his magic... and then take them away...

The problem with that now is that he embraced the shadows to get back and forth in that realm, not to mention freely contact Snowmane.

If he could convince Skreel, he would have a powerful ally (and it wouldn't even be especially difficult, since Phillip used to be Forsaken), but the problem with that is that I control Skreel too... :\
