Oh, if you want to see some possible Necromorphs in action here;
Read Earth's Last Line when I finally get writting it, or keep an eye on Wings of Steel.

And so Kalistra begins her return. *Dramatic music*

Hardly a return, she's been making moves for the last little while: got to Dag'rema, hit Felwood, attacked ZG, and had a home invasion from Tae'sash. Things are in the mix though.

A quick question: Do the Lightslayers and Shadow Priests get along in the new Forsaken? The RPG hints that they may not - given that they both have different approaches for being branches of the same Cult.

They don't, but they know better then to have open warfare in the Forsaken lands since the Blightcaller and the Dark Rangers will come down on them....hard.

Skree really doesn't like the Lightslayers very much. He thinks they're a detriment to relations between the Forsaken and Humans. After all, how can you show the humans that Shadow and Light can coexist when you have an entire regiment of assassins going out and killing followers of the Light?
On a different note, I'm getting tired of having to message MM for every single post he makes. I have a plot in mind for Mary, and having to go onto Steam (at odd hours too, thanks to the time difference) and ask him to post is frustrating.
I'm this far from just kicking the plot off without him.

Don't forget Morec, the leader of the Lightslayers is still Illius; he's been their leader forever since he went with the Blightcaller when Sylvanas sold the entire Forsaken race into slavery to Deathwing to keep them not-breathing.

Political defience and alterning views. Unless the Lightslayers are mindless puppets of Illius at least one or two are going to have different opinions. Dark Rangers may be different, given they're so close to the Blightcaller, but then again they were also very close to Sylvanas.

Nah was just warning since you enjoy....placing some of your characters in position of power at times.

May I ask why you keep doing this?
It is really unfair that noone can even get in the way of your plans because each step is perfectly contained in a single post.

And a reminded: it's not open war, its more like... intense civil disobedience.
Here's what I'm planning:
First a restatement of the obvious; Vrem is attempting to regain control of the Forsaken for Sylvanas (well, her memory that is).
His plan is simple; make the Forsaken hate the living once more, as it seems that they have become a bit complacent about the fact they're there, and then rile them up into war. The Blightcaller dosn't want that, so he will either have to settle the conflict with his own soldiers or attempt to kill Vrem, who started everything, in hopes it will die down. Either way Vrem (who will survive the assassination attempt) will be able to use this as proof of Nathanos' imcompetence and that he is rolling over to wishes of the living at every turn, and eventually that will bring the end of the Forsaken.
I can give a more in-depth detailing of it, but I have no intention of God-moding him into power.

I mainly do that because I don't want to lock down anyone's characters if I suddenly lose the urge to post.

He's doing it so everything can boil over perfectly. Just wait for it. -_-
^ When it comes to Adams, everything he writes works out in the end. Of couse, could always have a character follow through the portal by using what remains of it to reopen it. That's the only downside to using those things, too easy to track in most circumstances (given that its a shadow portal, though, I could like be completely wrong).

Changed them around; if you don't have a brand of Kalistra on your body, you die in the shadows as it tears your mind apart, takes all your memories, then you slowly fade from existence...but if you have the brand, you come out in her hideout, feeling like your entire body has just been tortured for years; the Gilnean Kor kidnapped is going to come out as a gibbering wreck, but the other four that were captured were all knocked out, so they'd remember it in nightmares and as aches all across their bodies....well, they would, except for what's coming next for them.....
Edit: Also, Shadowprey City Morec; the village was the Horde capitol during the Deathwing Wars remember?
