Lol, Lightnstuff comes up with a way to make Star-Pelt less OP (by taking his money and sanctum), and Nagorm just give it right back with a wave of his hand... xD
I was actually going to have Snowmane offer him her fortune when she found out.
And how does Nagorm or Star-Pelt either have trillions of gold? I've always though of the gold piece as being slightly more valuable than the dollar (perhaps equal to the pound), but something around 2-3 trillion is the entire United States economy, and that's with inflation.

Nope; those who are recognized by the Cult of Shadows could, but any other human found in the Forsaken lands would be captured and either escorted back to the edge of the borders..or if he attacks anyone, jailed or killed.
And there are Lightslayers in addition to the Dark Rangers guarding the Blightcaller...and he's no push over either; he's been surviving assassination attempts for decades after all: From the Sylvanas Forsaken during the Deathwing years, and then from the remnants and the Scarlet Church members who want all Forsaken dead. He won't fall easily.
That's the beauty of Vrem's plan, he dosn't
have
to die, just be attacked. Although the fact that Scarlet's have still been attacking him (even recently, I presume) will make it less of a shock (hopefully the Stormwind dagger R1t has will equate that out).
And Skree; any chances there would be more than mindless ones? Politcal enemies awaiting execution or Necromancer's that refused to fall in line, maybe?
EDIT: I try not to worry about money with most of my characters. Morec's only the real one that buys anything that costs more than average, everyone else just either has it or steals it.

Well, gathering ~100k gold in-game is
relatively
easily achievable. I mean, I dropped out two months ago, and over the course of four months, three-four hours of heroics/dailies/mining a day I've earned ~50k gold. And those two had, well, decades to work.
Don't talk about
Gameplay and Story Segregation
to me. ><

Although the fact that Scarlet's have still been attacking him (even recently, I presume) will make it less of a shock (hopefully the Stormwind dagger R1t has will equate that out)Remember, the Scarlet's that were left over were absorbed back into the Church of the Light when Lordaeron and the Seven Nations were restored; since then, they've been at the head of the main Churches in Lordaeron, preaching against the Forsaken and the treaty with the Horde.
But no, another attack wouldn't shock or even faze the Blightcaller at this point; he'd probably sigh, dodge the strike, then stab his attacker through the eye or the head or something....again, if his Dark Rangers or the Lightslayers don't kill the assassin first.

I say Stormwind dagger, I mean with the possibilty the assassin was one of the SI:7, implying that the assassination attempt would be government sanctioned by the current king of Stormwind or someone within the House of Nobles. And I know the Blightcaller wouldn't think much
He's not the one I'm targeting, in all actuallity.
And here comes the massive lore-blow that ruins all of the plot and plans I had set up within my mind. lol

House of Nobles....probably not as they don't exist anymore; it's King Anduin and his council that rule the southern human lands. And Anduin himself would never sanction that as anyone who knows anything about the King would know.

They're
undead
, and the people of the Forsaken know that. For all they know - especially if they're as secluded as what you said about keeping the living out are - the king's gone and changed his mind or was pursueded by another nation to eliminate the leader of the undead. And even if they're not as secluded as I think, the factor that people still do not like or trust the undead remains (or should, at least).

Yes, but why does it have to be Stormwind? The Forsaken are already in a cold war with Lordaeron and the other northern Nations; but the Blightcaller wouldn't let full out war break out if he could help it, mainly because he knows that his people are in a place of weakness even with Liadrin and her Blood Elf forces and the Vol'jin Amani trolls to the north to help.

I think that
when
if the assassination attempt fails, bonus points if it does so spectacularly, the Forsaken - those who are able to think rationally, at least - will recognize the provocation. I mean, a single hitman against THE Blightcaller?
Just my two cents.

Honestly: it was just the first living human nation that came to mind. If it's a problem I could edit it to Lordaeron, the make of the dagger hasn't been mentioned anywhere else from what I have read.

Not just a single assassination incident, though; note the chaos of the Mindless ones in the chapel.
Although I'm betting on that they do not make a link between it and Vrem that they can solidify (Urdish seems too smart for his own good in that department).

Would be better to have it as Lordaeron. Heh, and you have to force your mind set out of current content; Human nations are Arathi, Hillsbrad, Alterac, Kul Tiras, Lordaeron and Stormwind for this after all; and Gilneas could be considered half-human too lol.
Edit: And of course, Silverpine/Dalaran too heh.

but something around 2-3 trillion is the entire United States economy, and that's with inflation.
Just saying, the U.S. GDP is about 14 trillion. And now consider that Star-Pelt has a multiplanetary business, trading everything. He's gonna make money fast. In that case deal with hunters first. Shotgun sdhould make that easy enough.
Heh, I just let Johnson kill them =P
Besides, I don't let Drones live if I can help it. With a needler, they are way too dangerous.

I always imagined that being a silver piece, and a gold being worth at least £20.

Eh, I just don't like the troll physics/infinate money setups is all. Not saying that I has to stop, or that I'm going to quit RPing (lol) if it keeps going on, just seems like a copout to me.
Edit: Oh, and Morec, did you like the Dag'rema 2.0 picture I did, or should I change something?

Aye, having random money come out of nowhere is strange; the characters that I have had that are rich are either A) Hard workers who do really dangerous jobs or B) Elves and minor nobles. And even then, they aren't super rich....though whoever turns in Kali bounty will be set for life.

It did stop, or at least try to. >.>I realize that... :P
That's what kicked off the whole conversation, my pointing out that you tried to make Star-Pelt less OP by taking away his money, and Nagorm practically just gave it back for free... :P

I've only had two characters that I would count as "rich," and that was Base, who was Type 1, and Snowmane, who became Type 2.
